The beauty of the Jerusalem Project is our mission is not only changing the places where God has given us open doors but also transforming Calvary Church in the process.
Since it began, Leadership Development Forum (LDF) has trained more than 560 men and women to serve as servant leaders in the local church.
The Jerusalem Project Institute has enabled more than 130 men and women to grow in biblical literacy and build a biblical foundation to guide their daily lives.
The pastoral resident program has trained 35 men and women for ministry. These individuals serve in 14 churches located throughout Michigan, as well as in Ohio & Georgia.

On October 5, Frontier Church launched in Ada, the 14th church plant of Calvary Church. Led by former Calvary Church ministers Mark Schaap and Rodney Velting, more than 45 people from Calvary joined the launch team and the church now serves more than 200 people each week.
God has given us 3 opportunities to encourage and support church plants in the greater Detroit area – Rooted Church in Royal Oak, Unity Church in Virginia Park, and Union Church in Brighton.
The Jerusalem Project prayer groups have encouraged more than 50 pastors, pastors’ wives and ministry leaders in West Michigan by providing a welcoming and confidential space to share and support each other.
AROUND THE WORLD
Around the world, the Jerusalem Project has partnered with national pastors to see God’s kingdom expand through churches in dozens of countries, including England, Egypt, Germany, Greece, Guyana, France, Ireland, India, Indonesia, Romania, Slovakia, Poland, Ukraine, and the UAE.
