PODIATRIC MEDICAL ASSISTANT PROGRAM

The Assistants’ program at The Western is entirely new this year, with focus on emergencies, billing, basics, as well as hands-on and interactive learning catered to both experienced and novice MAs. Front and back-office staff will gain understanding of WHY we do what we do. We are once again offering a course in Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention for all attendees that complies with the training mandated by the State of California. Assistants will end their two-day program by joining DPMs in the Doctors' General Sessions for this 2-hour course on Saturday. CPMA has designated an unrestricted educational grant from Enovis to support this program.
