The smart tool for EU proposal drafters and grant writers CallforEurope is a consultancy that provides for professional information and assistance on European Policies, Programmes and Public Calls. Our mission is to support transparent knowledge and easy access to all of the opportunities offered by EU Programmes. We think that giving fresh information on such themes is a valid lever for boosting European Union integration.
Our support is intended to: • offer technical information on how to access to and manage EU grants and projects; • make people find new transnational partnerships throughout Europe; • stimulate public debate on how to access to EU funds. Our ambition is to serve as a technical resource center. We want to serve primarily those that usually work on writing applications and
managing projects through European funding. Call them “Euro-drafters” or “Euro-experts”: in any case, their activity demands high specialization and a constant updating on European policies, programs and public calls. Our service is intended for them but also for any private, public and not-for-profit organization interested to European programmes and funds.

Objective
Building up on existing initiatives, development of a consolidated platform gathering key actors involved in DRM for natural hazards and/or CBRN-E to identify on-going standardisation activities, discuss key features related to them, including classification, and prioritise actions (consultation, dissemination, research programming). Setting a two-steps mechanism to (1) evaluate standardisation needs, taking into account existing and running activities, and establish priorities in close consultation with key users (policy-makers and practitioners at all levels, including Commission’s DGs, national and regional authorities and relevant actors), and (2) take actions relevant to the identified priorities according to their degree of maturity, including research programming in the Disaster-resilient Societies part of the Horizon Europe programme. Establish a standardisation roadmap at international (ISO) and European (EN) levels, leading to improved coordination of activities at EU and international levels and crossfertilisation among different sectors.

Objective
All stakeholders along the health care value chain dispose of enhanced knowledge of risk factors, symptoms expression, disease progression and clinical outcomes in relation to host and viral characteristics, and host-pathogen interaction (i.e., the mechanistic understanding of the interplay between host and virus). Clinicians, regulators and other stakeholders along the health care value chain have access to decision support based on characterized diversity of host response at the level of genetic patterns, molecular pathways and physiological mechanisms, in relation to a large number of variables that inform disease predisposition, disease progression, symptoms expression and clinical outcomes. Clinicians and researchers use information on the deep characterization of the dynamics of the immune responses to the chosen virus(es), identifying factors critical for viral control and immune protection. This will provide a robust and common evidence base for the development of personalised therapeutic interventions and vaccines in the future
Eligible Activities
Proposals are expected to characterize the host response and host-pathogen interaction to a virus (or viruses) at the level of genetic patterns, physiological mechanisms and molecular pathways involving different organs and systems to identify factors that predispose to different clinical symptoms, different progression of the viral disease and different clinical outcomes. The study should include patient follow-up to identify conditions (including long-term ones) that may appear after the patient has recovered from the viral disease.

Research funders, policy makers, relevant agencies and authorities, and the research community have a Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) to be implemented by the expected future European partnership on One Health antimicrobial resistance (OH AMR). Research funders, policy makers, relevant agencies and authorities, and the research community profit from a strengthened coordination and collaboration among different fields of research and innovation with relevance to antimicrobial resistance (AMR) maintaining Europe's leading role in combating AMR. Academics, innovators, end-users, researchers, public health authorities and citizens form a strong ecosystem that improves the implementation of the European One Health AMR strategy and its contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals.
Eligible Activities
Development of a Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) for a comprehensive approach to inform the expected future European partnership on One Health antimicrobial resistance (OH AMR). Integration of key actors for AMR encompassing the field of human, veterinary and environmental disciplines and the broad spectrum of pathogens, including fungi and viruses. Robust communication and effective information exchange between diverse scientific disciplines and among multiple sectors of the society that are implicated such as patients, clinicians, veterinarians, pharmacists, food producers, pharmaceutical industry, policy makers and researchers (including those working in the social sciences and humanities).

The objective is the preparation of Strategic Nature Projects (SNAPs). SNAPS projects (1) aim at the implementation of: - Prioritised Action Frameworks (PAF) and/or - Other plans or strategies adopted at international, national, regional or multiregional level by nature and biodiversity authorities, that implement EU nature and/or biodiversity policy or legislation, (2) at large territorial scale (3) with the involvement of all concerned stakeholders (4) and include a coordination mechanism for funding supporting complementary measures necessary for the full implementation of the targeted PAF (or other eligible strategy).

Activities may include (this is not an exhaustive list): recruitment of new personnel and training for writing a SNAP proposal; contracting external assistance for writing a SNAP proposal; information collection for the preparation of a SNAP proposal (e.g. on sources of funding) networking, consultation and coordination work for preparing, writing and implementing the SNAP; coordination with stakeholders to be involved in the Strategic Nature Project; developing financing plans where such plans are not already part of the targeted PAF, action plan or strategy; mapping of the actions complementary to SNAP and their potential sources of funding writing of the SNAP full proposal or concept note and full proposal itself.
Eligible Applicants
In order to be eligible, the applicants (beneficiaries and affiliated entities) must: be legal entities (public or private bodies); be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.: - EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs)); - non-EU countries: listed EEA countries and countries associated to the LIFE Programme

The EUAF Programme pursues the general objective to protect the EU financial interests. To achieve this general objective, the EUAF sets a specific objective to prevent and combat fraud, corruption and any other illegal activities affecting the EU financial interests. The EUAF Programme aims to reinforce the investigative capability and capacity of national authorities (including their digitalisation), in view of stepping up the fight against fraud, corruption and any other illegal activity affecting the EU financial interests, on both the revenue and expenditure sides.
Eligible Activities
purchase and maintenance of investigation and surveillance equipment and methods used by beneficiaries in the fight against irregularities, fraud and corruption detrimental to the EU financial interests; the purchase of adapted transport equipment, IT hard- and soft-ware and audio-visual equipment may be included, provided an applicant clearly demonstrates that the purchase contributes to the achievement of the first specific objective of the UAFP; specialised training to enable staff to operate these tools has to be planned as part of the action

The EUAF Programme pursues the general objective to protect the EU financial interests. To achieve this general objective, the EUAF sets a specific objective to prevent and combat fraud, corruption and any other illegal activities affecting the EU financial interests. The EUAF Programme encourages transnational and multidisciplinary cooperation, exchanges of knowledge and best practices, and the creation of networks between national authorities, as well as between practitioners and academics involved in protecting the EU financial interests. The EUAF also aims at further raising the awareness of the judiciary and other branches of the legal profession to protect the EU financial interests..

developing relevant high-profile research activities, including studies in comparative law and dissemination of results and a concluding conference, where applicable raising awareness among the judiciary and other branches of the legal profession as regards protecting the EU financial interests, including the dissemination of relevant scientific knowledge through periodical publications..

Objective
The global objective of this call for proposals is to contribute to the development of an effective, efficient and transparent public administration in Albania, able to support the progress in the priority areas linked to the EU accession. The specific objective(s) of this call for proposals is/are: i) To improve the professional capacity and expertise of civil servants of category III and category IV of the state administration, independent institutions and local government units ii) To develop sustainable mechanisms aimed at supporting the career development of the skilled young civil servants, enabling them to significantly contribute to the efficiency and innovativeness of the Albanian public administration and to the main reforms.
Eligible Activities
● Design of training programmes according to the strategic priorities of the government ; ● Organising the pre-selection and selection procedures of 25 civil servants of category III and category IV of the state administration, independent institutions and local government units which will benefit from the programme; ● Conducting training needs assessments; ● Developing tailor-made training programmes for the target groups; ● Delivering training programmes, study visits and internships for the target groups, in the country and abroad ● Designing and printing the training materials and other documents related to the training programme; ● Visibility and advertising activities; ● Workshops and networking activities for the alumni of the programmes
