However, recently coverage access and cost have posed unforeseen challenges for many communities, forcing them to find alternate solutions. This session will cover the reasons for premium increases, options for non-renewals, alternate coverage and how to pay for the skyrocketing cost of insurance. Panelists will discuss non-admitted carriers, excess and surplus lines, and umbrella coverage.
