IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Fabric restrictions

Certain soft seating fabrics listed in this guide may not suitable for use on all soft seating products. We reserve the right to reject orders to make products in selected fabrics if we believe that the fabric is inappropriate for use due to ‘fit and form’ unsuitability. In this instance we will always recommend a similar fabric that is more suitable for use on that particular product.

Fabric bands

Please contact our sales team for a price if your preferred fabric choice is not listed. Please make sure you check the suitability of a fabric before recommending a product. If two fabrics are used on one item e.g. two-tone, the cost is calculated on higher of the two fabric bands. All orders for leather are priced on application.

Fabric colour variations

Whilst every effort is made, no guarantees are made against the minor variations in the colour of commercial fabrics. All striped fabric will be upholstered vertically unless advised.

Photographed upholstery

While every effort is made to represent colours accurately, we cannot guarantee the colours you see exactly match the colours of the actual fabric due to printing processes.

Measurements

All measurements are in millimeters and can have a tolerance ±12mm on all soft seating. Measurements may vary depending on components used and we reserve the right to change them from time to time.

Customers own fabrics

Fabrics not listed or customer supplied fabrics need to be approved before acceptance of orders. A pattern charge may apply to some fabrics. We reserve the right to reject fabric that we believe to be unsuitable for the product. We are unable to guarantee any product meeting fire regulations or standards which is supplied by a customer.

Ordering

For all made-to-order products, it is our policy that once these products have been ordered they cannot be canceled or amended.

Pricing

All prices shown are in sterling (£) and are subject to current rate of VAT.

Warranty

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, except for upholstery, castors and mechanisms which are subject to usage related wear and tear. The warranty is effective from the day the product leaves the factory and the supplier reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when a product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personnel. All complaints concerning the goods must be made in writing and the company shall undertake to repair any product or part of a product that proves to be faulty.
