I really enjoy my CALAT classes and have got to know a great bunch of people who are like family to me now, I’ve got a fair few problems but I’ll never give up and having CALAT and all these people in my life has really helped me grow and overcome.
I love being outside so our group walks mean I get to be active and spend time in the natural world which is always amazing, the kitchen and cooking classes are great as I learn so much about how to eat healthily and how to keep a tidy kitchen which is really important. Last year I finished my level 1 childcare qualification which means a lot to me…as you can probably tell I take advantage of anything CALAT can offer me, I just love to learn! So many people I meet are trapped inside themselves, I take my time and encourage them to break free, make a change in themselves and join us at CALAT and see why it’s such a great place.
