Dr. Jeffrey Hoefflin is a highly respected board-certified plastic surgeon with over 20 years of experience who is recognized for his skills, artistry, and ability to create remarkably naturallooking results. Dr. Hoefflin is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and fellow of the American College of Surgeons. In addition, he is a member of the Los Angeles Society of Plastic Surgeons. What Doug does is just as unique as the way he does it. Using experience from 30 years of investment property ownership/ syndication, Doug and his wife, Denise, created the most horizontally integrated real estate company in California by inventing innovative “Home/Fractional Estate Management” programs and bringing the accounting, tenant relations/ work-order control tools of commercial real estate to residential property, home, and estate management.

The “V-8” moment that created “home management” occurred when Doug and Denise realized everything they were doing to help care for their aging parents’ homes was already on their list of services—hiring vendors, comparing complex bids, scheduling repairs, and supervising gardening/ pool/pest services. Home management makes it possible for busy executives, bi-coastal couples, and seniors to “enjoy the benefits of home ownership without any of the hassles.”

At 17, Doug left his native Los Angeles. Nineteen years later, he returned a changed person and began investing in real estate. What changed? Fourteen years in the U.S. Air Force tells only part of the story. In those years, Doug gained the worldview that he credits for his personal and professional success. He lived in 10 states, four countries, earned USAF F-111 “Top Gun” honors, experienced life behind the Berlin Wall, attended graduate school at UC Davis, and was a professor of economics at the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he co-founded the Colorado Ski School for the Blind.

While Doug owes his work ethic and attention to detail to his military service, he owes his real estate expertise to 10 years as COO and executive vice president of CNA Enterprises, with its $800 million commercial real estate portfolio. At CNA, Doug honed his asset-management, finance, and leasing skills.
