A Note from the Publisher

Greetings Calabasas,

My husband, Nic, and I are thrilled to now have Calabasas Style Magazine as a part of the 13 Stars Media family of publications. As the new publisher, I am honored to join the team of professionals who have been part of this publication since its inception. The warm welcome my husband and I have received from the community is heartwarming, and we are committed to continuing the high standards set by Gayle Barnes and her team.

Speaking of our team, our Editorial Assistant, Kaylie, has welcomed her beautiful bundle of joy Cambria, we are beyond excited for her and their new addition to the family. Congratulations Kaylie!

Recently I had the privilege of attending the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce installation gala where Kathleen Sterling was presented with the Spirit of Calabasas Award, and I must say, she is truly inspiring. It's heartening to witness the tremendous positive influence that individuals like Kathleen and others can have on our community.

As the weather warms up and spring approaches, we can look forward to the green hills, blossoming trees, and plenty of sunshine that will inspire us to get outdoors. In this issue, we celebrate remarkable men of distinction who have made significant contributions to our community. We also have our Local Flavor section, where we showcase some of the best places to dine around town. And we have an excellent lineup of activities to keep both you and your kiddos entertained.

On the cover of this issue, we are thrilled to feature the Weitzbuch family—interior designer Amanda and her husband, dermatologist Hal, who recently returned to Calabasas where they both grew up and now get to raise their three beautiful girls in their hometown.
