The training program for Cakap squads aims to improve employee skills which can have a positive impact on the individual employee and also for Cakap. More skilled squads can improve human capital in a company as well as contribute to employee satisfaction, which is strongly correlated with increased performance. Throughout 2022, the average time allotted by Cakap for squads training during the first quarter is 39 hours, 32 hours for the second quarter, 48 hours for the third quarter, and 45 hours for the fourth quarter. The total number of training held during 2022 were 49 trainings.
