We meet 2 times in a month (1st and 3rd Monday of the month) from 6 pm to 8 pm.
Members practice delivering prepared as well as impromptu speeches and receive feedaback

THE CLUB MEETING
Our2-hourClubmeetingissplit into3parts.
PREPAREDSPEECHES:Inthis segment,clubmembersprepare anddeliver5to7minutespeeches derivedfromthePathways EducationProgram.Delivering speechescountsascredits towardstheEducationprogram.

IMPROMPTUSPEECHES:Inthis segment,clubmembersand guestsattemptspeakingoff-thecuffonanytopicthatispresented bythe"TableTopicsMaster". Speechesarefor1to2minutes. Impromptuspeakingimprovesour criticalthinkingskills.

FEEDBACK:Thisisthecriticalpart ofanyToastmastermeeting. Speakersandroleplayersare providedfeedbackonhowwell theyperformed,andofferareasof improvement.Continuous feedbackandlearningistheheart oftheToastmasterjourney.
PATHWAYS EDUCATIONPROGRAM
