PRESIDENT’S Message

A

pproximately 15 years ago, I had the Herculean task of pivoting our company and introducing our services to a new market to try to mitigate against the devastating effects of the housing crash and a falling economy. I chose to enter the CID industry and join CAI. At the time, our company had only a handful of HOA clients and zero name recognition in what seemed to be a very competitive and tight niche. Through CAI I was able to make critical connections, engage key players, and serve the industry I wanted to break into. With diligence and repetition of the connecting, engaging, and serving formula, I achieved my business goals and developed new skills. Today, over 1,500 HOAs in Southern California have employed my company for their pest control maintenance services.

PAYMENT TERMS MARKETING OPPORTUNITY PAYMENT OPTIONS • Payment in Full: If your order contains a sponsorship package or totals more than $4000 and you choose to pay in full, due by December 31, 2023, a 10% discount will be applied to your entire order.

• Quarterly Payments: If your order totals more than $4000 and you choose the quarterly payment option, your first payment will be due by December 31, 2023. Subsequent payments will be due April 1, July 1, and October 1. Charges will be divided evenly for annual sponsorship items; and divided based on event date or publication date for other sponsorships and advertising.

• Orders under $4,000 that do not contain a sponsorship package are due within 30 days of invoicing, or before the event start date or ad due date, whichever is sooner.

REFUNDS • No registration refunds or credits given after registration closes.
