2027 CORPORATE partnerships and investment levels
Our Corporate Sponsorship Program provides year-round exposure, priority access, and elevated recognition across all CAI-CV events, education, and marketing platforms throughout the Coachella Valley. Sponsorship levels begin at $3,000 and are based on total annual investment. As your investment increases, so does your visibility, priority placement, and access to exclusive opportunities—allowing you to customize your engagement while maximizing impact. Early commitment discounts are available for annual plans paid in full by January 31, 2027, and start at $3K: 15% till October 30, 2026; 10% till November 30, 2026; and 5% till December 30, 2026. RECOGNITION
CAI-CV does its best to fully recognize sponsors at events and programs. However, recognition as described in this catalog is subject to change. Recognition in flyers may refer to electronic flyers. If recognition is mistakenly omitted, CAI-CV will offer an equal or better recognition opportunity at an upcoming event, program or in HOA Living HOA Living magazine issue. CAI-CV welcomes suggestions on recognizing sponsors. Please contact the CAI-CV office at (760) 341–0559 with your ideas. To be recognized on printed materials or on the website, sponsorships must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

CAI-CV will continue promoting events through HOA Living magazine, social media, and email campaigns, but the most successful sponsors go one step further by actively promoting their participation and helping drive attendance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CAI-CV committees depend on sponsorship commitments to plan and pay for venues and event setup. For this reason, any cancellation will result in a $100 administrative fee per sponsorship when a sponsorship is cancelled more than 90 days from the event deadline and a future credit given. No refund, transfer or future credit will be given for sponsorships or advertising less than 90 days prior to an event or advertising deadline. If an event is cancelled or changed due to circumstances beyond CAI-CV’s control, including no or few registrations, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergency, the Chapter will make every effort to transfer sponsorships to advertising opportunities or other non-event sponsorship benefits. CAI-CV is unable to provide cash refunds. CAI-CV is not able to issue refunds, but we are happy to offer credit toward your next sponsorship if the event is 90 days or more out. If your sponsorship has already been placed on marketing material, no credit can be issued. There will be a $100 fee to process the request.

PROMOTING OUR EVENTS CAI-CV’s mini trade shows provide valuable faceto-face networking with managers, board members, and business partners. To maximize your sponsorship, consider adding additional sponsorships that allows you to invite additional board members or managers to the programs, or a Community Access Partnership, which helps provide scholarship opportunities for board members. Business partners are also encouraged to promote their sponsorships by sharing CAI-CV event flyers, posting on company social media, and personally inviting managers and board members during job walks, office visits, and daily business interactions.

GET STARTED CHOOSE YOUR ADVERTISING, EDUCATION AND NETWORKING EVENTS To participate in the CAI-CV 2027 Advertising & Sponsorship Plan, complete the Sponsorship Order form at the back of this catalog and submit with your signed Terms and Conditions Agreement. Premium partnerships & RECOGNITION To guarantee recognition at your selected metal sponsorship level on all pre-produced and durable display materials, including signage, banners, and branded event elements, sponsorship commitments must be received by December 30, 2026. Due to production timelines, inclusion on certain printed or fabricated materials cannot be guaranteed after the December deadline. Sponsors packages confirmed after December 30, 2026, may still receive digital recognition and select event-based acknowledgments. However, metal sponsorships must be purchased up front and are not an annual accumulation of money sponsored.
2027 Sponsorship Plan BUSINESS PARTNER LUNCH PROGRAM REGISTRATION Non-Sponsoring Business Partners wanting to attend lunch events must pay the minimum Mix and Mingle fee to attend or purchase one of the lunch sponsorships to attend. Business Partners that do not register but show up on the day of the event, will be charged the minimum $200.
CAI-CV “SUITCASING” POLICY
CAI-CV maintains a strict no-tolerance policy against “suitcasing,” defined as soliciting business without proper sponsorship. Non-sponsoring business partners (including vendors, suppliers, speakers, or attendees) may not solicit business at any time during or immediately following an event, including in exhibit areas, dining spaces, or venue common areas. Branded business attire is also prohibited in these instances.

Sponsoring business partners without an exhibitor booth or event-specific sponsorship may not solicit business during or immediately following the event. Certain events may require sponsorship for attendance.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the event and a minimum $300 sponsor fee will be charged and must be paid prior to participation in any future CAI-CV events.

CAI-CV strives to deliver all events as scheduled; however, dates or programs may change or be canceled. If a change is unacceptable, sponsors will receive a credit applicable to a future event or advertising opportunity. Sponsorship offerings may be added, modified, or removed throughout the year. New opportunities will be offered first to existing event sponsors, then to the general membership on a first-come, first-served basis. Limits are established to ensure sponsor value and may change as needed. Some opportunities are restricted by membership type or quantity per member. CAI-CV is proud to introduce HOAology a program series designed to bring practical education, fresh insight, and meaningful connection to every part of the common interest development industry most commonly known as Homeowners Associations (HOAs). Whether you are a community manager, homeowner leader, or business partner, this series is built around the idea that stronger communities are created when all three membership categories learn together, understand one another’s roles, and work from the same playbook. HOAology represents a body of knowledge or “the study of homeowners associations.” The purpose behind the HOAology brand is to make HOA education more approachable, memorable, and engaging while still honoring the seriousness and professionalism of our industry. It also reflects CAI-CV’s commitment to making that study useful, relevant, and actionable. Each program is intended to move beyond theory and provide real-world strategies that members can apply in boardrooms, management offices, vendor relationships, community meetings, and everyday leadership decisions. CAI-CV’s committees are the heart of the chapter, helping shape our education, events, membership engagement, publications, outreach, and overall member experience. This will help ensure every volunteer begins the year with a clear understanding of the commitment, purpose, and opportunities connected to committee service. Terms & Conditions Company name
Commitment & Confirmation. Opportunities are first-come, first-served, subject to availability and published sponsor-level priority. CAI-CV confirms accepted selections in writing after receiving a signed agreement and payment or an approved payment arrangement. The company is financially responsible for accepted commitments; submitting a request does not guarantee availability. The completed order form and CAI-CV-confirmed selections are part of this agreement. Corporate Sponsor Eligibility. For 2027 recognition, eligible sponsorship, event and advertising commitments must total at least $3,000 and be documented by a signed agreement received by December 30, 2026. Levels follow the plan comparison chart. Additional purchases during 2027 do not count toward or increase the established 2027 level. Payment for recognition is due in full by January 31, 2027, unless otherwise approved in writing. Printed and website recognition requires full payment. Pricing & Discounts. Published prices are member rates; non-members pay 50% more and are not eligible for payment plans. Member login is required for online member pricing. Qualifying annual plans of at least $3,000 receive 15% for orders by October 30, 2026; 10% by November 30, 2026; or 5% by December 30, 2026, with payment in full by January 31, 2027. Subscriptions are $99 each and are not discounted; the advertising included with subscription bundles is complimentary. Pre-discounted packages and golf foursomes receive no additional discounts. Foursomes count toward sponsor levels. CAI-CV confirms eligibility, item-specific exclusions and final pricing. Payment Arrangements. Purchases made after December 30, 2026 must be paid in full at purchase. All balances are due by January 31, 2027, unless a written payment arrangement is approved by the Board. A business partner requesting a payment plan must submit the request in writing and provide 50% down by January 31, 2027. The remaining payment schedule requires written Board approval; selecting installments or requesting an invoice is not approval. Unapproved balances unpaid after January 31 result in loss of applicable discounts and a 10% late fee. Any exception must be approved in writing by CAI-CV. CAI-CV may suspend unfulfilled benefits while an account is overdue. Sponsor Cancellations & Transfers. Submit requests in writing to admin@cai-cv.org. CAI-CV does not issue cash refunds. At least 90 days before the event or advertising deadline, an approved cancellation may receive credit toward another sponsorship, less a $100 administrative fee per sponsorship. No credit is available once the sponsorship has appeared in marketing materials. Fewer than 90 days before the deadline, no sponsor-requested refund, transfer or future credit is available. Cancellation does not release unpaid commitments except to the extent CAI-CV approves in writing. Program Changes & Recognition. CAI-CV may modify, reschedule or cancel programs for operational needs or circumstances beyond its control, including emergencies or insufficient registration or sponsorship. If a change is unacceptable, CAI-CV will offer credit toward a future event or advertising opportunity. If recognition is omitted, CAI-CV will offer equal or better replacement recognition. Benefits and availability may change; substitutions for confirmed benefits will be of equal or greater value. These remedies do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Materials & Event Participation. Sponsors must supply approved logos, artwork, attendee details, goods and prizes required by their selections by CAI-CV deadlines and authorize their use to fulfill sponsorships. The company confirms permission to use submitted materials. Late materials or purchases fewer than 30 days before an event may limit advance recognition. Published registration requirements, quantity limits and solicitation policies apply. Admissions and benefits are limited to those expressly included with each selection. Agreement Priority. These signed terms govern payment, eligibility and cancellation if plan language conflicts; confirmed item descriptions govern inclusions. Changes to an accepted order must be documented in writing by CAI-CV and the company. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
