This week, I want to recognize Property Manager, Saray Martinez for her compassion and dedication during a devastating fire at Villas at Chase Oaks. Faced with a crisis she had never experienced before, Saray stepped up without hesitation. She worked tirelessly throughout the night, coordinating with the Red Cross, comforting displaced residents, and securing temporary housing for families who had just lost their homes. She handled an incredibly difficult situation with professionalism, composure, and genuine compassion.Her efforts haven't stopped there! Saray is now spearheading a donation drive to help affected families begin rebuilding their lives. Saray, your compassion and dedication truly embody the WOW Factor! The maintenance guys are always nice and willing to help with anything. The new property manager, Cory, is awesome. He’s currently helping me upgrade from a one bedroom to a two bedroom, and I hope I can stay here for years to come!
Now that I’ve settled in, I want to thank Mixie for meeting me where I was during the application process and helping with everything after, from setting up electricity and maintenance orders to getting all my documents in order. It was the way she handled it that stood out. Thank you again!
