GALLO/JET™ conductors are the result of a process that creates a permanent inter-molecular alignment of the molecules within a conductor. We aim to achieve the highest attainable quality in accordance with application high-end audio standards and customer requirements. The conductors are custom manufactured by CABLE4YOU Audio in Europe (Switzerland). Swiss engineered with medical and military standard is the best guarantee of top-quality and excellent performance. This excellent material with a mirror polished finish is made possible by the combined application of high technology and traditional Swiss standards. The GALLO/JET™ solid core conductors that CABLE4YOU uses in its Quintom-X interconnects is of the finest quality available to achieve the desired result. Solid core conductors are used instead of stranded to avoid the myriad of problems that can arise from the use of stranded conductors. Accurately designed diameter of the conductors reduces cable capacitance and it eliminates concerns over skin effect. The skin effect is the tendency of current to travel on the outside of a conductor as the frequency rises. Conductors used in Quintom-X interconnects are well-designed AWG to eliminate any high frequency attenuation. If a suitably dimensional conductor is designed, the skin effect can be virtually eliminated. With its GALLO/JET™ conductors, the Quintom-X interconnects provides pure, open high frequencies with no sharpness or harshness and offers a natural, non-resonant tonal quality across the frequency range. The conductors of the Quintom-X™ “Ultimate Edition" balanced interconnects are cryogenically treated with the i-Cryo™ (Cryogenic Improvement Technology), developed specifically for audio industry. i-Cryo™ enhancement eliminates coloration and distortion of the linear audio signal flow, which result exquisitely revealing of low-level ambients, spatial information and uncompressed dynamics. The use of extremely fine linear-crystal GALLO/JET™/HG-OCCLC conductors in conjunction with i-Cryo™ cryogenic treatment results in the most uniform crystal structure possible, providing the ultimate in cable performance. Internal insulating materials are made from low-dielectric materials to extenuate the loss of signal transmission. The geometry and construction of a cable are one of the most important elements in determining the effectiveness of the final product. When considering the geometry of a cable, many different, but related factors come into play. The interaction between the various elements means that it is very difficult to change one aspect of the cable and not have it affect something else. CABLE4YOU's design mandate is to minimize electrical interactions within the cable, but this goal is difficult to achieve. For example, inductance and capacitance are opposing electrical forces, with the result that reducing one tends to increase the other. High capacitance is potentially one of the most deleterious electrical properties of an audio interconnect. The cable capacitance is heavily dependant on the geometry of the cable. Geometry of Quintom-X interconnect reduce the signal degrading effects of capacitance. Low capacitance is achieved through the use of very small diameter conductors, well-designed conductor spacing, and low overall dielectric constants. Using free air and less solid material between the conductors of a cable is one way to lower the capacitance of an interconnect. CABLE4YOU has gone to great lengths to ensure that Quintom-X interconnects have a very low capacitance. Low capacitance reduces the amount of energy absorbed and desorbed by the cable as the audio signal passes through it. Quintom-X interconnect use brand new and effective VORTEC-X™ cable geometry. VORTEC-X™ geometry is a proprietory process developed by the CABLE4YOU Corporation. VORTEC-X™ geometry virtually eliminates the distortions and mechanical vibrations within the cable itself. This geometry optimized to provide ultra low cable capacitance, blocking noise pickup and achieves a perfect balance of electrical properties. The cable dielectric, or material that surrounds the conductor, is extremely important. The dielectric is important because it soaks up and then releases energy as the audio signal flows through the cable. This energy transfer is a direct form of sonic degradation. CABLE4YOU Audio has developed a sophisticated dielectric system Sineconair™ (Sine Contingence Airborne Transmission), that is comprised solely of specially designed distance segments and free air between the conductors and shielding parts. The correct distance of two line inductors determines, that the Sineconair™ system is working exactly as intended. Sineconair™ revolutionary system allows the use of free air dielectrics around the entire perimeter path of audio signal carrying conductors and shielding parts. The Quintom-X´s dielectric system Sineconair™ reduces the effect of the insulation material and sonic degradation to an absolute minimum. Sineconair™ system enhances not only electrical characteristic but also enhances vibration damping property. Sineconair™ system diffuse vibrations into the free space away from the conductors, rather than being re-absorbed into the cable structure. Because the presence of an outer multilayer screen increases the capacitance of the cable unnecessarily, Quintom-X interconnects designedly do not employ a separate active multilayer screen. Whereas it, electromagnetically induced currents will cause distortion and noise in the cables, the Sineconair™ system structure, originally developed for Cannon interconnects is therewithal employed for shielding structure and provides excellent rejection of EMI/RFI noise. CABLE4YOU Quintom-X interconnects employ the brand new VACCTEC™ "Vaccuum Extraction Technology". By using the VACCTEC™ technology, the GALLO/JET™/HG-OCCLC conductors are suspended in an internal vacuum and hermetically sealed in the insulating jacket of the Quintom-X interconnect. All organic and unorganic dielectrics are reactive. They absorb and release energy differently at different frequencies. A vacuum dielectric is nonreactive and does not cause this. The most commonly used dielectric can delay the velocity of the propagation of the delicate HF range of the musical waveform, causing higher-order harmonics to be out of phase with the rest of the signal. Through a specially designed heat conductive injection valve, a vacuum is drawn within the end of the interconnect so that the conductors themselves are within a vacuum environment. The positive and negative conductors are isolated from each other with absolutely minimal dielectric absorption.
