C2 ATTENDS RIBBON CUTTING FOR NORTH PEARL STREET APARTMENTS

Michael Roman C2's principal, and owner attended the ribbon-cutting at 191 North Pearl Street
C2 Design Group designed the new, multi-family residential project located in downtown Albany The $4 million investment transforms the once vacant 0 21-acre lot located at the corner of North Pearl and Wilson streets
The new four-story, 26,000-squarefoot building will include 18 market-rate apartment units and 15 off-street covered parking spaces Property amenities include a heated interior garage, private exterior balconies, a rooftop terrace, and a gated dog run.

C2 ATTENDS RIBBON CUTTING FOR THOROUGHBRED ADVISORS

Michael Roman (Principal) and oe Aupperle (Project Manager) attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house for C2 client, Thoroughbred Advisors . Thoroughbred Advisors was looking for a new space to grow their business and purchased a building located at 421 TroySchenectady Road in Latham, New York in 2020.
C2 worked with Thoroughbred Advisors to identify the growth needs of the firm and create a welcoming environment for both advisors and clients.
Programming for the two-story building includes multiple conference rooms, open collaboration space, huddle rooms, private offices, a training space, and a break room with seating.
Interior finishes were selected to reflect the client's modern and sophisticated aesthetic.

C2 HONORED AS TOP HUNGER HERO TEAM
October 13, 2022
Awards were presented to Capital Region CANstruction's top Hunger Hero teams at the 11th Annual Harvest Evening Celebration benefiting The Food Pantries for the Capital District.
Hunger Heroes is a program that was established to allow community groups, local businesses, schools, religious organizations, etc., the chance to impact the overall Canstruction donation by raising food and funds for our beneficiary.
Nine teams raised nearly $11,000 and over 7,000 pounds of food during a year where there was not a Canstruction competition.
C2 was recognized as the top Hunger Heroes Team having raised $5,258 and collected 43 pounds of non-perishable food to benefit The Food Pantries.

C2 team members Deanna Campchero and Makenna Ashley attended the IIDA Albany City Center's Spatial and Interior Design Student Internship Fair held at Russell Sage College.
Both C2 team members serve on the IIDA Albany City Center's board of directors. They enjoyed looking at student portfolios and sharing their design experiences.
Today, the IIDA NY Albany City Center strives to create a strong niche for the most talented and visionary Interior Design professionals, elevate the profession to the level it warrants, and lead the way for the next generation of Interior Design innovators.
IIDA stands at the intersection of passion and strategy where designers create extraordinary interiors and experiences! We support the local design community through professional development and continuing education opportunities.

C2 Design Group welcomes Scott MacPherson, RA! Scott joined the firm as an architect bringing over 30 years of experience designing a mix of residential, K12, and commercial projects
