The ability to travel to places until them within the country and out of the country. The fueling force of my success withing my business is my passion, my kids, and my sense of experiencing adventure.

What sets you apart from your competitors?

What led you to become a REALTOR

What led me to become a Realtor was Passion! I have always been gravitated towards the industry, ever since career shadowing days back in High School. Funny I know, not only that but the fact it took me this long to pull the trigger and get my license. No matter what direction life pulled me, I was always in the center of the many avenues of the Real Estate industry, whether that was moving, interior design, investment, building or just simply scooping out homes in all regions.

What are you most passionate about, as a REALTOR®?

What I enjoy the most about being a Realtor is the ability to help others. To be a part of this amazing and rememberal chapter of one's life. For me being a Realtor is so much more than transactional. I become their friends, their therapist, baby sitter, the one they turn to when the stress is high I help them ease that unsettling tension when they have worries on questions. It brings me joy to see the outcome, the happiness people get when they reach the finish line.

I feel like the major thing that sets me apart from my "competitors" would be my amazing listening skills as well as my amazing question asking capability. It is like a dynamic duo of amazingness. HAHA! I want my clients to know they are being heard and I completely understand what they want and need; whether they realize it or not. I take pride in paying attention to detail and being able to communicate that properly either to them verbally, on an offer, or even simply showing them.

So the pie isn't perfect? Cut it into wedges. Stay in control and never panic. " "

Why are you the REALTOR®

I believe that I am the Realtor to work with because I like to treat everyone like they are the only one. Everyone wants to be important and to feel special. I give my clients my full attention. I listen, I ask questions, I have knowledge, I execute their desire, and most of all I am pretty funny. My personality is contagious, plus what is life or having a career if you are not having fun doing it.

What does being a REALTOR® mean to you?

Being a Realtor to me means being the one person that anyone can count on. That one person no matter what is there for you, helps you, guides you , and most importantly can TRUST! That person when you need a shoulder to cry on or someone yo make you laugh. That one person that you can count on to tell you the truth when no one can, to be utterly

What is your favorite part about being a REALTOR®?

I would have to say my favorite part of being a Realtor isn't just guiding and helping people through this journey of home buying and selling. But the actual people I get to meet. Everyone if so unique. It is truly a blessing to meet each and everyone that i get to cross paths with.

Who are your biggest supporters?

For the Oscar Award for supporters that would go to my family. They have given me the strength and courage to go after what I was meant to do. What I was made to do! All the way from my parents to my siblings all the way down to my kids. Each of them have given me that extra little kick to get up and show up for myself and for my clients. Every time my dad would call he would confess how proud her is of me and my accomplishments; my mom texting often with words of encouragement, my siblings giving me the guidance and top suggestions for communication and business, and my kids for helping stuff goodies/ flyer's/cards for my clients and/or potential clients as well as reminding me why I love my job; my career.

I am a Yoga Instructor and absolutely love it. Currently I am at Collective Health & Wellness Studio and YMCA; also I do provide private group and individual classes. Yoga brings peace and balance, not to mention a great workout for your body. I enjoy gardening. Something about plants does bring a calming effect. Traveling has always been something I love, especially with my two boys. Making memories with them I have found is a highlight of my life. Reading is one of my favorite past times. I has to be an actual book, none of that Online, Kindle stuff, something about turning the pages and holding the book I find very satisfying. I also volunteer at Habitat for Humanity and just knowing that I am helping out the community has brought a sense of joy to myself.
