Our company objective Our company objective is and has always been to provide a stellar service to all of our customers’ existing or new. We are highly regarded and trusted by well-known leasing companies that we work with, for our problem solving abilities, especially when it comes to electrical diagnostic and mechanical issues that some main dealers cannot resolve. We continually aim to provide a superior service and satisfy our customers. At TL Motors no job is too big or too small and we always thrive on a challenge when it comes solving any issues with vehicles. We pride ourselves on all of our customers leaving happy and always do our upmost to resolve any problem which we can proudly say seldom happens. Our company objectives are to continue serving the local community, expand our customer base and continue working with well-known companies and develop our business. We are a forward thinking company and have already begun preparing our staff for working on fully electrical vehicles in the future. We plan to send our senior technicians to attend training courses for up to date training and information. We are constantly moving with the times and keeping up to date with the industry’s current information and regulations.
Services provided We offer a wide range of services from basic vehicle servicing to carrying out MOT’s on site and all other vehicle needs such as clutches, brake replacement, repairs and all aspects of electrical diagnostics and solutions. We work with hybrid vehicles and have now begun preparing for fully electrical vehicles. We are moving with the times and constantly improving our knowledge and services.
Really good company, good communication and a very professional pick up and delivery of my car after an MOT and service. There was no pressure to have work done and the work recommended was at a reasonable price. I recommend and will use again.
Honestly a great service! I locked my keys in my car and called these TL Motors up. It was 30 minutes until closing and they had no one available. Despite this, the sympathetic staff offered to ring around to help me out. They found someone and they called me back within 10 minutes. In that time I had called around 15 people to no avail, giving up hope and eventually smashed the car window. The garage were great after I had wasted their time with their call around. They talked me through my options in repairing the window; (a) the cheapest way was finding a cheap window online and they would fit it or (b) they could source one from their suppliers most likely quicker at a potentially higher cost and fit it. I obviously went for the cheaper option. I brought the window into the garage and the staff had fitted it within a couple of hours, even taking the time to clear away all the residual glass. The end results was brilliant and the price cheaper than any other quote I had been given. Couldn’t recommend TL Motors enough!
