Having risen through the ranks to become a regional branch manager at one of Essex’s top-rated independent estate agencies, Brad has a proven track record of success. He’s known for driving performance, building lasting client relationships, and inspiring his teams to deliver excellence at every level. Outside of work, Brad is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two sons. He’s also a keen golfer and an avid football fan, often travelling to support his beloved Newcastle United.
Gavin Hockett Co-Founder & Director
With 22 years of experience in the property industry, Gavin is a highly respected figure known for his expertise, straighttalking approach, and unwavering commitment to results. Gavin has extensive knowledge of block acquisitions and land purchases, regularly working with developers and investors to identify opportunities and maximise value. His strategic mindset make him a trusted advisor in high-stakes negotiations and larger-scale deals.
Away from the office, Gavin is a proud family man who loves spending time with his wife and two young children. A passionate golfer and football enthusiast, he never misses a chance to support his beloved Tottenham Hotspur, ideally with a pint of Guinness in hand. Gavin is driven, loyal, and fiercely protective of his team. Just don’t end up on the wrong side of a deal, you might come face-to-face with the infamous Hockett Snarl.
