Training The success of von Bergen SA owes much to the talent of its teams! This fact has encouraged us to organize training courses for both internal and external drivers at von Bergen. In partnership with FormaConcept... but always “between you and me”!

Continuing training Since 2009 we have been offering training courses to support the personal and professional development of our drivers, whether they are apprentices or already experienced. Our goal is to train a new generation of drivers who are passionate about the road and who are driven by values such as professionalism, safety and punctuality.
Our training center in Domdidier is approved and recognized by the ASA for the OACP courses and for the ADR/SDR (transport of hazardous goods) training courses. We also provide preparation courses for
the OACP exams, forklift operator courses, aerial platform courses as well as BLS/AED-SRC / IAS1 and IAS2 first aid courses. The OACP courses (Ordinance on the Admission of Drivers) include 35 hours of compulsory continuing education, which drivers are required to repeat every five years. This training, which covers a wide range of topics, is essential for keeping up to date with the latest traffic and safety standards.

Development of employees von Bergen SA promotes the principle of longterm development to enable its employees to maintain and even improve their knowledge and skills. One of the ways in which this can be achieved is through continuing education, which aims to provide employees at all levels with the necessary qualifications to meet the current and future requirements of their profession.

In partnership with FormaConcept The von Bergen SA training courses benefit from a partnership with the company FormaConcept, a continuing education center for adults offering quality courses and hiring recognized trainers. This innovative center also offers non-OACP courses for the general public. Among them, the “Team Leader Training” is aimed at any group leader (executives, team leaders, foremen, warehouse managers, etc.) wishing to learn how to manage and master the work of a team (conflict management, cultural diversity, etc.).
FormaConcept also develops customized courses according to the individual needs of its clients. Its experienced trainers are open and happy to adapt their catalog of offers according to the specificities and professional activities of its clients. The courses are organized in Domdidier but also directly in the customers’ premises throughout the French-speaking part of Switzerland. www.formaconcept.net
