Kapiti Law has launched into 2023 with some new faces, who have joined the team over the last few months to complement the existing staff. Jane and Graham are proud to introduce the team:
Senior Lawyer Sophie joined us in 2022 and is based mainly in our Waikanae office, working closely with Jane, but also sees clients in our Paraparaumu office on request. She has several years’ experience and has settled in fast, working in our practice areas of property sales, purchases and refinancing, relationship property advice, elder law covering Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, general estate planning advice, and business advice to SMEs.

Our Property Settlements team made up of registered Legal Executives Margaret and Simonne, both based in the Waikanae office, work closely with our lawyers to set up all those important purchase, sale, and refinance transactions. Margaret has been with us eight years and Simonne two years. .
Elizabeth, who has been with us six years, continues as our Accounts Manager and takes on a new role as our Estates Administration Manager. She is the first point of contact for our estates enquiries. Legal Executive Lisa, who has been with us five years, is based in our Paraparaumu office undertaking estate administration work and legal documentation preparation for Graham.

Natalia Foster joined the team last November as our Trust Account Administrator and now shares that role with recent recruit Laurie Diggins.
Marie (known as Mars) has joined us this year to run the Waikanae front office role, and is now your first contact on ringing or coming into the Waikanae office. She works closely with Delwyn, who has filled that role for the last three years in the Paraparaumu office.
Legal Executive Rochelle is now in year two of her Law degree studies at Victoria University. Rochelle continues to work with us part-time and floats between several roles to cover absences and undertake project administration.
