Salesforce Tower experienced an active Q1 and Q2, featuring an exciting lineup of client events and activations throughout the lobby and Salesforce Plaza The season kicked off with March Madness festivities, featuring basketball shootout challenges, live tournament viewing, and a variety of themed treats that brought a fun, competitive spirit into the building. As spring arrived, clients were invited to celebrate the season by creating their own custom floral bouquets, adding a fresh and creative touch to the workplace experience. The first half of the year wrapped up on a high note with Bike to Wherever Day, as we cheered on commuting cyclists and celebrated the city-wide movement in style.

Building Updates & Operations
At Salesforce Tower, wastewater from sinks, water fountains, kitchens, and toilets is collected and treated through an advanced onsite recycling system Using a multi-step treatment and filtration process, the water is cleaned and redistributed for non-drinking uses throughout the building
Toilets: 100% of toilet flushing is supplied by recycled water
Cooling Tower: The rooftop cooling tower operates using recycled water
Treatment Process: Wastewater from sinks, water fountains, kitchens, and toilets undergoes multiple stages of treatment and filtration before being reused Any solids removed during treatment are sent to the city sewer system
Did You Know?
Salesforce Tower features the largest onsite blackwater reuse system in a commercial building in the United States, recycling up to 7.8 million gallons of water each year.
Why It Matters
By treating and reusing water onsite, Salesforce Tower reduces demand on the city's potable water supply and helps conserve one of California's most valuable resources.
Chief’s Safety Corner
Street safety matters. Follow these tips to reduce risks and stay safe while traveling around the city:
Always walk, look, and move with confidence and purpose.
Have all your sense available. Do not walk with headphones/earbuds in when walking from place to place.
If you feel anxious or in danger, take immediate action and change your circumstance (cross the street, step into a business, etc.).
When you get to a safer place, say something to someone who will investigate your concern to keep others safe.
Always remember: “See Something Say Something”
