BUILD UKG has 9 Employee Resource Groups that all harness the power of belonging in service to our people, our company, and the community at large. These employee-driven groups enhance our culture because of their focus on shared identities, experiences, and allyship. They create positive impacts that we can measure and are essential to the success of our organization.

Our Mission BUILD (Black U Krewers In Leadership & Development) was created to foster inclusion and advancement for Black employees at all levels. We want to transform the tech industry so that it reflects the diversity of its users. BUILD is for everyone; whether you personally identify as a Black employee, an ally, or would simply like to know and understand more about the specific experiences, needs, and reasons this group and others like it are needed.

Measuring Impact Classes and co-curricular programs teach students to succeed in their studies, and programs like this are essential in teaching them how to succeed in their chosen careers. From October through March, we – Devoted over 90 minutes of learning and networking each month for 6 months

Topic discussions focused on: • Breaking into a STEAM field • Resume writing • Business etiquette • Communication • Responsible social media use Total UKG Mentors: 18 Total STSI Mentees: 15
