Tech Time

Members of the Bay High Tech Club visit the Bay Senior Center and the Knickerbocker on a monthly basis to assist Bay senior citizens with their electronic devices.

Bay Buddies

Through Bay Community Services, senior residents volunteer their time reading with Normandy Elementary students to help them sharpen their skills and build relationships.

Community Communications Committee

We’ve recently formed a team of active and longtime residents to help the school district better communicate with its sage population.

Multigenerational Opportunities

In addition to the programs shown to the left, here are some other ways Bay Village Schools interacts with its senior residents:

•Bay Middle School Great Rakeout event service project.

•Bay High Key Club visits to the Knickerbocker, including the Christmas Lights tour.

•Bay senior citizens receive free admission to all regular, home athletic events, and a discount on all Bay High Drama performances.

•Local veterans are asked to participate in programs and events within our buildings.

•Grandparents are important to our district, and they are encouraged to volunteer their time and talents.
