We freshly prepare menu items daily in our kitchen, freeze the items, so they are ready to be thawed, baked, and enjoyed. Because each of our menu items are prepared the way our "Mama's" made them, they always taste like you spent hours preparing them yourself! Our menu includes traditional southern comfort food with vegetarian and "skinny" options. Corie Greenblatt and Nancy Prescott met while serving together on a community board. Both women grew a strong respect for one another after recognizing that they both had a great work ethic and complete dedication to whatever project they were working on. After a friendly lunch, Corie and Nancy realized that they both were looking to enter the business world again and began discussing a business that they both needed and would use. For years, Corie was looking for a healthy alternative to fast food. She was in constant need to feed her family in a short time between her children's many activities. Nancy, on the other hand, had prepared casseroles for years to serve to her own family or give as gifts to her friends. Her issue was having time to prepare them. Over lunch that day, they were discussing the need to take food to a friend who was recovering from surgery. Neither of the women had time to prepare anything, not to mention the energy, and there was no place in town to purchase a homestyle meal with little notice and call it theirs! The concept for "Call It Yours Casseroles" grew from that lunch.
