“I am so pleased with this company. I have only used them for two months and each time the owner followed up behind the cleaners. They have great attention to detail and will clean exactly what you want. On time and very reasonable pricing.

I have used other cleaning companies before and they were not on time, played loud music, and broke blinds. I am so glad I gave The Cleaning Authority a chance.

Best Seafood Direct is a family operation. I work with my three sons and my wife to deliver high-quality, fresh fish, to you our customers. We pick up everything from shrimp to sea bass from local fishermen and sell to caterers, restaurants, farmers markets, and directly to customers. We take a lot of pride in being a trusted source of seafood for restaurants in and around the Atlanta area.

Having a personal connection with fishermen, and meeting them at the docks right when they get back from fishing, allows us to have first access to the best they have to offer and get it to our customers quickly. This preserves the quality, as well as the integrity of the seafood. I believe you’ll immediately taste the difference in our products and be converted to fresh local seafood!

Spicy Bloody Mary

This homemade bloody mary mix. It is very similar to what you’d buy in a store. Made as is, it is very spicy. You can customize it to your taste by cutting back on the pepper and hot sauce.

Ingredients:

• 1 (46 fl oz) can tomato juice

• 1/2 (10.5 oz) can condensed beef consomme

• 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

• 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce

• 1 tablespoon celery salt

• 1 tablespoon ground black pepper

Directions: Mix the tomato juice, beef consomme, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, celery salt, and black pepper together in a pitcher; chill.

Cherry Clafoutis

This classic cherry clafoutis is packed with morsels of sweet, juicy cherries baked in a delightfully dense custard. This French delicacy is a celebration of summer’s bounty, and it’s surprisingly easy to make.

Ingredients:

• Butter to grease the baking dish

• 2 cups pitted sweet or sour cherries, cut in half

• 1/4 – 1/2 cup granulated sugar (1/4 cup for sweet cherries, 1/2 cup for sour)

Directions:

• 3 large eggs

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1/2 ts almond extract

• 1/2 cup (63g) all-purpose flour

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1 cup (250ml) milk of choice powdered sugar for dusting

Preheat oven to 350F and generously butter a 9” pie dish. Spread the cherries out in a single layer in the prepared dish and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and extracts until combined.

Next whisk in the flour and salt until smooth. Then lastly whisk in the buttermilk. Pour the batter over the cherries. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until it’s golden around the edges and the custard is just set.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Best served while still warm from the oven or at room temperature.
