Welcome to our Collective Gathering. I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am that you're here. What we're about to share is so much more than a weekend of projects—it is something I've dreamed about creating for a very long time. Some of my sweetest childhood memories were made beside my mom and grandmothers as we prepared our homes for the changing seasons. We decorated every corner, stitched handmade gifts, baked family recipes, and gathered around beautifully set tables filled with laughter, stories, and the people we loved most. Looking back, I realize it wasn't the decorations or the food that made those moments so special—it was the feeling of slowing down, creating with the people I loved, and filling our home with warmth, beauty, and memories that would last long after the season had passed. Those moments quietly shaped my life and inspired everything I've built at Buttermilk Basin. I created the Collective Gathering to recapture that feeling—the joy of creating with our hands, celebrating the seasons, gathering around a beautiful table, and making memories that last far longer than the decorations themselves. Because I believe the most beautiful homes aren't the most perfect ones... they're the ones filled with love, creativity, meaningful traditions, and the warmth of people gathered together. My hope is that you'll leave with more than beautiful handmade projects. That you'll leave inspired to slow down, embrace the beauty of the season, gather the people you love around your own table, and create traditions that will be cherished for generations to come. Rather than attending a weekend centered around demonstrations or step-bystep instruction, you'll spend time with Stacy West as she shares the inspiration behind the Buttermilk Basin lifestyle—how she decorates her home, celebrates each season, entertains family and friends, collects treasured vintage pieces, and incorporates handmade creations into everyday living. Throughout the weekend, you'll enjoy thoughtfully curated lifestyle presentations, seasonal decorating inspiration, creative projects during Stitch & Create Time, beautifully styled displays, delicious seasonal refreshments, recipe sharing, meaningful traditions, and opportunities to connect with others who share a love for creativity and handmade living. During Stitch & Create Time, you'll receive thoughtfully designed creative projects to enjoy at your own pace while relaxing, stitching, creating, visiting with friends, and soaking in the inspiration around you. Together, we'll gather around inviting tables, contribute favorite seasonal recipes that will become a keepsake Collective Gathering cookbook, connect through thoughtful gift exchanges, celebrate meaningful traditions, and create memories that extend far beyond the weekend. Throughout the event, you'll discover a beautiful collection of seasonal décor, entertaining pieces, tabletop accents, handmade-inspired gifts, creative accessories, and other carefully selected treasures that have inspired our displays throughout the weekend. Many of these items are brought in especially for our Collective Gatherings in limited quantities, giving you the opportunity to recreate the looks you love and bring a little of the experience home with you. We encourage you to shop early, as many pieces are available only while supplies last.
