If you’re a fan of classic, cramped dorm rooms, Butler just might not be the place for you. Our first-year residence halls feature media and gaming areas, outdoor study areas with firepits, convenient laundry, and more. It’s a great place to bond with your suitemates, make new friends, or just unwind. All first-year students will live in one of two residence halls: Irvington House or Residential College.

Whether you’re participating in service projects, connecting with alumni mentors, planning formals and other social events, for many, Greek Life is college at its best.
