$240,000 was raised at the 21st Butler Benefit Auction! Thanks to generous donors, our only fundraising event for the year was yet another wonderful success. This elegant evening features live and silent auctions, drawings, a plated meal, and of course the most important part— our students! Krystian Fish, Miss Kansas 2017 and a Butler alumna, spoke to guests about how her experience as a student was impactful to her personal and professional growth. Two other student speakers made similar heartfelt comments. Livestock Judging students provided assistance throughout the evening, Admissions Ambassadors and the Noteables quartet worked our Dice Roll Game, theatre students dressed in themed costume engaged donors, and the Smorgaschords quartet sang. Showcasing and involving students in the auction is key to showing donors why their giving is so important. Thank you to everyone who attended!
