To achieve our vision, we critically assess our position as community leaders and identify how and where we need to evolve. We pledge to work with our Board and leadership to ensure all voices from the community are heard, included and that they reflect who Burlington is today.

We are committed to investing in our growth to continue having nimble and timely responses to our community’s changing needs. This means investing in tools and our Foundation operations to support how donors and community members can and want to engage.
