Welcome Autumn/Winter WE LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR Again, it has become the time of year when the days get shorter and at the same time also darker.

Autumn and winter are on their way. Every season has its charm and there is always something to look forward to whether we are heading towards autumn, winter, spring, or summer.

For many, winter offers more time inside the house, where the family spends time together and makes the surroundings cozy with soft textiles and candles. They watch the rain and listen to the wind outside the window, but it’s quite nice to watch from the inside - especially if it is done with those you like the most.

Our new AW21 collection is inspired by playfulness and colors. The combination and choice of colors in the home forms a personal decor that shows who we are. We want to inspire and show that colors create an environment that is wonderful for everyone in the family to live in. We design for everyone in the family and make a virtue out of creating designs that can be used in all rooms in the house. The synergy of colors is consistent for the collection, a collection that includes new furniture, textiles, unique glass vases, and much more. We hope to inspire you.

For many, the Christmas season is associated with traditions in the family and with friends. Most people look forward to the holiday with all that it brings with it of food, gifts, decorations, carols, and more.

Much of what we do during the Christmas month is the same as we also did the year before… and the year before that… We do it because it is tradition and because we love these repetitions that remind us of good times and memories we love.

All families have their own Christmas traditions. Childhood memories of Christmas traditions are often preserved and resumed when the child grows up and starts a family. As an adult, it must be decided whether the memories and Christmas traditions should be continued. It is felt in the heart which traditions are worth preserving.

Christmas is celebrated in Denmark throughout December, where calendar candles are lit and where families count down to December 24, which for many children is probably the most important day of Christmas. Christmas Eve, which in Denmark is celebrated on the evening of December 24, is a day where the family meets for Christmas dinner and gatherings around the Christmas tree, where the gifts are also opened for the enjoyment of children and adults.

The Christmas month also offers other traditions such as the advent candles that are lit on the four Sundays up to Christmas Eve, cookie baking, walks on cold, dark winter days, and much more.
