Each format has been painstakingly stripped back to reduce material usage, water consumption, assembly time and ultimately, cost. Designed specifically for plastic card products, tickets, invites and other flat media, the range can be adapted and resized to suit specific requirements. FSC certified and recycled paper stock options are also available upon request.

The Telescopic The ultimate brand extension. Pull the tab and two panels ‘telescope’ from the cover to unveil their contents.
The Burgopak Telescopic has not only been reworked to reduce materials, assembly time and water consumption but it’s now also postable. The revised format has the option to include an integrated tamper-seal and tear-strip which effectively transforms the outer cover into a post-friendly envelope. This means you no longer need to order and fulfil a separate mailer, saving further costs.

The Coupé A simple and cost-effective design for housing and securely posting cards, tickets or larger products.
The Burgopak Coupe was already an incredibly cost-effective solution, now it’s even cheaper. The revised format also has the option to include an integrated tamper-seal and tear-strip, which effectively transforms the outer cover into a postfriendly envelope. This means you no longer need to order and fulfil a separate postal mailer. What’s more, material usage and assembly have been optimised to further reduce cost.

The Burgopak Ejector is an entirely new design developed by our award-winning design team. In addition to the sublime opening mechanism, the design is incredibly material-efficient and easy to manufacture, generating a low base price.
