KEEP THE EXISTING CONCRETE SLAB AND BUILD NEW SUNROOM OVER THE EXISTING SLAB. THE EXISTING CONCRETE SLAB IS TO REMAIN. THE EXISTING FOOTPRINT IS TO REMAIN THE SAME. BUILD NEW SUN ROOM WITH NEW WALLS OVER THE EXISTING CONCRETE SLAB. INSTALL NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS. BUILD NEW ROOF. THE NEW ROOF IS TO BE AN EXTENSION OF THE EXISTING GARAGE GABLE ROOF.
