Expanding Capacity for Growth To accommodate our growing program, Baylor University recently purchased a 100,000 square foot, four-story office building at 333 N. Washington in East Dallas. The new facility is convenient to the current nursing school building, Baylor University Medical Center and the more than 150 professional nursing practice sites in Dallas communities.

A new auditorium will provide the Nursing School much-needed space for speakers and events as well as for instruction.

Renovations will be made to the facility to retrofit the space for high-tech nursing education. Architects and University administrators will seek ways to prepare the facility to meet LEED certification requirements. This has become a hallmark of Baylor’s construction and renovation practices.
