Cedar was used on the ceiling and the full bar is custom maple, making the Grille Room the perfect place for members to enjoy lunch and libations after the 18th hole. Dining can also be taken outside on the covered terrace which has roll-down screens and ceiling fans to ensure pleasant outdoor dining. palmira renaissance center club bonita springs, fl A renovation and expansion were completed to Palmira Renaissance Center Club that included a new fitness center, kitchen, bar, and resort style dining. Reconstruction of an existing clubhouse provided space for group classes, an enhanced spa area, as well as a lobby revamp.

With a creative redesign and re-use of existing structures the enhancements provide year-round social integration in both open air and under cover.

The bar was moved from the center of the room to the side so that it could be transformed into an indoor/outdoor bar increasing bar seating and giving two options of atmospheres. Custom, high end finishes give the entire space a fresh, new look welcoming guests and club members for the ultimate dining experience.

pelican marsh addition/renovation Naples, fl An extensive renovation and expansion were completed to this two-story clubhouse while remaining operational, the kitchen and grill room where utilized for the members as they were renovated by us the year prior.

This bespoke change starts with the outside where a complete remodel was done to the facade with paint, natural stone accents, and custom-made aluminum shutters and railings. The outdoor terraces were refurbished and modernized to maintain consistency with the interior renovation. The interior included the lobby, locker rooms, lounge, main and private dining rooms. The dining rooms were renovated and expanded to provide a more comfortable space with expanded views of the golf course. Whisper span and stained wood beams were installed in the lobby and dining rooms. The lounge area was expanded to allow for more outdoor/indoor functions. A boutique bar area was created in the lounge and has become extremely popular with the guests and experiences a high traffic flow during their busy season. The locker rooms included a complete face-lift to the existing lockers. LED lighting was installed throughout and is controlled by an energy efficient lighting control system.

wildcat run grill room estero, fl An addition of a one-story Grill Room encompassing the dining room, lounge, card room, and locker rooms was completed in this second phase at Wildcat Run. This included increasing the Club’s casual dining space, outdoor dining as well as adding an indoor/outdoor bar and social gathering area. Two bocce courts and two firepits were added to the social area.

greater naples ymca naples, fl BUILD completed the construction of a new 40,000 square foot facility for the Greater Naples YMCA. The new building features a variety of fitness facilities including: group exercise rooms, a high end finish gym, a karate training room, a cardio room, locker rooms with showers, a yoga studio, and an 8,000 square foot basketball court. The new building also houses a café and staff office space. Understanding the impact of the devastating fire that burned down most of the original building, BUILD’s focus for this project was to deliver a world class YMCA facility in the fastest time frame possible so the YMCA could continue fulfilling in theirs. The Client, Design Team and BUILD all understood the enormous importance of restoring the YMCA to their normal facilities quickly, which required a highly accelerated design and construction schedule. The project was completed in just 7 months.

ymca youth development center Marco Island, fl New construction on the campus of the Marco Island YMCA. The additional building is a 5,830 square foot Youth Development Center featuring a reception area, conference room and office, multipurpose rooms, a kitchen, men’s and women’s restrooms, and storage closets.

The building was completed with a front porch deck area and a covered terrace in the rear.
