After each plan review, we deliver a complete price breakdown, updated schedule, constructibility review, cost comparison, and value engineering suggestions, ensuring the design’s creative concepts and aesthetic integrity while staying within budget.

Budget estimating From the initial estimate to the final GMP, your BUILD project team will leverage OnScreen Takeoff® and our custom database to provide detailed estimates at every stage of design, ensuring a comprehensive and accurate budget. We conduct a lineby-line review with the owner and design professionals, adjusting for any changes to produce a final preliminary budget that guides the design process.

Cost control BUILD is trusted for our focus on controlling costs through multiple bid reviews and transparent, open-book discussions with the owner. We define clear scopes for each trade and thoroughly assess existing conditions, ensuring no surprises and a smooth, efficient process.

Value engineering Throughout the design process, BUILD provides detailed value engineering (VE) suggestions with each budget estimate 4 and maintains a comprehensive VE log.

We also offer life cycle cost analysis, system evaluations, and historical cost comparisons to help the owner and architect make the best value decisions during construction.
