Mrs. Allison is survived by her widower, Robert, and two sons.
Frank W. Kirk, lumber sales manager at Potlatch Corp., Spokane, Wa., died of a heart attack in that city on January 18. He was 59.
A native of Bundy, Mt., he had been employed by Potlatch since 1941, with the exception of four years in the Army Air Corps during World War II.
He is survived by his widow, Elaine M., one daughter, two grandchildren, five sisters and two brothers.
Joyce Allison, a partner in Kings River Wholesale Lumber Co., Reedley, Ca., died on Jan. 19 of cancer. She was 39.

J. Bruce Fulton, immediate past president and chairman of the American Plywood Association, died of a heart attack on Feb. 2, 1983, in Portland, Or.
Retired in 1982 as vice president, Northwest wood products, Crown Zellerbach, Portland, he had spent 30 years in the industry. He also served as executive vice president of the Vancouver Plywood Co. and with Evans Products Co. and Simpson Timber Co. Responsible for the founding of Vancouver Plywood of Louisiana plants and sawmills, Mr. Fulton was a former member of the National Forest Products Association board of directors and executive committee.
He is survived by his widow, Mavis. and four sons.
