Top Industry Execs Go To School

Slventeen top lumber industry executives recently completed the North American Wholesale Lumber Association-sponsored Executive Management Institute. Designed for senior-level managers, the program, first offered in 1990, is an intensive week of business management training, utilizing instruction from university professors, case studies and group interaction.

Home Depot Goes Multimedia

This fall Home Depot is looking to increase its presence among d-i-yers through a variety of media.

In September, Home Depot's HouseSmart tv program will begin airing daily on the Discovery Channel.
