What ultimately made you decide to build a home instead of purchasing a resale home?

I was drawn to a new build because I could tell the quality was very good compared to many of the other new builds and was above and beyond.

Many of the homes I looked at throughout this entire process just didn’t fit the mold I was looking for, which was open concept and a highquality kitchen as I really like to cook, and the Creekwood Village homes have an outstanding kitchen and great space.

What drew you to The Orchid and Creekwood Village?

The price was the biggest thing that drew me to The Orchid unit and, in some ways, reminded me of what I loved about the Villas, and with it just being me, this is the perfect size.

Were there specific aspects of the design gallery process that stood out to you as particularly helpful or enjoyable?

It was great going to the design gallery, putting my hands on the materials, trying to visualize my home, and picking out all my designs.

How would you describe the overall experience of working with our team, from the initial consultation to completing your home?
