The owner of a stone villa asked Build3DRender for two exterior views that looked like lifestyle photography rather than CGI, with loungers, a barbecue, planting and people around the pool, plus empty variants of each view. The base renders were modelled in 3ds Max and rendered with V-Ray, but most of the craft went into post-production. Over five rounds of feedback we refined the sky, the pool colour, the placement of figures, the stone texture and the colour matching between the two views, then rebuilt the composite seams at the end so nothing gives the game away. Four files were delivered, each view with and without people. Lifestyle renders like these blur the line between visualisation and photography, which makes them especially effective for marketing a home before it exists or before it has been styled for a photo shoot.
