All single-family homes within the Village of Romeoville’s borders will receive a rebate on their water bills. This year’s savings will be in the form of a $5 credit on their October bill. “Since 2011, over $1.1 million has been returned to the residents of Romeoville through these water rebates,” revealed Mayor John Noak. “We have been fortunate to be able to provide this program over the past few years.” In 2011, Mayor Noak and the Village Board recognized the impact of the national economic recession and its continuing effects on the residents of Romeoville. To help provide assistance, Mayor Noak and the Village Board implemented the rebate program. If you have any questions regarding this rebate or any Village services, please do not hesitate to contact our offices at (815) 886-7212.
