iles civic leaders, businesspeople and other residents gathered together on oct. 17 to celebrate their community at the Night of Roses. Now in its 12th year, the annual dinner is organized by the Niles Chamber of Commerce and industry to recognize successful businesses and residents that contribute positively to the community. it’s also a way to raise money for charitable causes. During the event, guests had a chance to bet on “Treasure Chests” – wooden coolers decorated by the local artists and sponsored by area businesses.
