The Illinois Attorney General’s office is investigating a possible violation of the Illinois Open Meetings Act involving a Feb. 27 tour of the Evergreen Terrace apartment complex taken by Joliet City Council Members Larry Hug, Bob O’DeKirk, Jim McFarland and Terry Morris.
