City makes changes to snowfall parking ban; Stricter enforcement expected this winter Drivers, think twice about parking on the street during wintery weather. The city is getting serious about the snow-parking ban. In 2012, the city updated a local law and made it illegal to park on the street during a snowstorm of two inches or more. In the past, the threshold had been three inches. The change was intended to make it easier for snowplows to clear paths through the city. see THe Full sTORy On page 3
