Referendum to change local government not on ballot

Members of Joliet’s Electoral Board decided on Thursday there weren’t enough valid signatures for action

It won’t be on the ballot. The members of Joliet’s Electoral Board decided on Thursday that there weren’t enough valid signatures on the Concerned Citizens of Joliet’s petitions seeking to change the city’s form of government.
