Will County Model Railroad Club hosts open house The Will County Model Railroad Association showed off its new home at 9 W. Cass St. in Downtown Joliet last weekend with an open house. Members and non-members alike were drawn to the HO scale modular club. Regular club hours are 7 to 10 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 1 to 5 p.m. Sundays.
