Settlers Park 2019 Movie Series kicks off June 7

Calling all movie lovers! The 2019 Movie Series, presented by Illinois American Water, kicks off Friday, June 7, at 8:30p.m. The Village of Plainfield and Plainfield Park District will be showing Hotel Transylvania 3 : Summer Vacation, sponsored by Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., in Settlers’ Park at the Richard A. Rock Amphitheater. Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation, an animated comedy, is rated PG with a run time of 97 minutes. The movie is shown on a 20 foot inflatable screen and terraced seating is available. Attendees are also encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and bug spray. Concessions, including popcorn and snacks, are available for sale and Kona Ice also sells shaved ice during the movies.
