Library celebrates Fandom Fest Fandom Fest officially begins Friday, April 27 The Plainfield Public Library is celebrating all the pop culture you love. Whether you’re obsessed with anime, a wand-carrying Potterhead or a Whovian at heart, join us for a multi-day all-ages celebration of all things geek. Fandom Fest officially begins Friday, April 27 with Kids Con: stop by the library between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. for a kids-only day of crafts, costumes, games and more. Challenge fellow fans in trivia or Quidditch; take a superhero portrait or create something at the Maker Fair. On Saturday April 28 fans of all ages are invited to the Fandom Finale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m..
