Just a few weeks after discussion on how the village can seek grant dollars for local transportation improvements, the scope of those possible projects has been narrowed. On Nov. 13, members of the village board again listened to proposals for projects that may qualify for this year’s Illinois Transportation Enhancement Projects (ITEP) grant program.
