The Plainfield Township passed a resolution of no confidence in the Plainfield Park District during their Feb. 12 board meeting. The township is President Peter concerned “about the Hurtado actions of the Plainfield Park District Board over the past nine months,” and “about the continuity and quality of joint programming for the senior citizens” the township and park district work on together, according to Vice President Janet Silosky the resolution. “Basically, from the time that the new board was seated, they were making rapid decisions… there have been clear >> see bOaRd | page 4
