Furry Fun Draws Crowd at Plainfield Pet Celebration Clow Stephens Park turned into a paradise for pets and their owners on Friday, Sept. 6, when families from across the area gathered for an afternoon of fun, food, and furry friends. The free community event, held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., drew a lively crowd eager to celebrate their pets and connect with local organizations. The day was organized in partnership with the Plainfield Area Public Library, State Sen. Meg Loughran Cappel, and Will County Executive Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant. Together, they brought a wide range of activities designed to entertain both pets and their people.
